Content: Refers to any materials, information, or data provided by PRAKRIA to the Client, including but not limited to graphics, designs, text, and multimedia.

Acceptance of Terms:

By engaging PRAKRIA for services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property:

PRAKRIA retains ownership of all intellectual property rights for materials created unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for the agreed-upon purposes.

Confidentiality:

PRAKRIA agrees to keep all Client information confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.
The Client agrees to keep all PRAKRIA’s proprietary information confidential.

Revisions and Approvals:

PRAKRIA provides a maximum of three rounds of revisions per project. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
The Client is responsible for final approval of all materials. PRAKRIA is not liable for errors after the Client has given approval.

Cancellation and Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
If the Client terminates the agreement, the Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.

Limitation of Liability:

PRAKRIA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services provided.
PRAKRIA’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for those services.

Changes to Terms:

PRAKRIA reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use the website and services, the Client agrees to be bound by the updated terms.
